Experimental study on dynamic and static performance of a new type of pressure-absorbing energy bolt system

Rock burst support of deep rock mass has always been a difficult problem in geotechnical engineering. Aiming at the mass, new type pressure yielding and energy-absorbing bolt system is designed this paper. The energy absorption characteristics laminated spring members with different wall thicknesses were studied by static axial compression test drop hammer dynamic impact test. experimental results show that under compression, experiences three stages: elastic, yielding, plastic strengthening; increase thickness, absorbed increases gradually. Under action kinetic energy, thickness height, attenuation time increases, while tray nut do not change, does extend bend. ANSYS numerical simulation analysis shows center top circle component center, zone radiates outward; LS-DYNA most component, rest small. partial borne body. Therefore, can effectively absorb achieve effect active absorption, avoid being broken so as to body bearing all damage.
